The examination of L. wheel

Grinding wheel in the device must pass strict inspection before using, have defects such as cracks grinding device using the absolute prohibition.

The 2 grinding wheel device

3 wheel balance experiment

Formed grinding wheel unbalance reason is because the wheel 's center of gravity and the inversion of misalignment. The 4 grinding wheel dressing

On the grinding wheel dressing on superior grinding function and accurate geometric shape, prevent the present wheel passivation, infarct size and shape distortion, often using the dressing is the diamond pen. When operating, dressing, dressing too much things position bias defects (such as inverse wheel reverse bias, tilt angle of too much and too small ) or dressing amount is too large, will make the grinding wheel has the intense vibration, or cause the diamond pen gnaw knife, serious also lead wheel break. Accurate operation method is: diamond pen in the grinding wheel intermediate degree line 1~ 2mm, Shun wheel reverse bias, and the degree of surface inclined at an angle of 5° ~ 10°. Dressing to the average strength, speed stability, ( glass grinding wheel dressing ) a quantity is not too large. The operator should stand in the wheel lateral safe position, not standing in the grinding wheel front operation.

After finishing the wheel must be from the new reverse experiment, can be used.

5 wheel storage

( 1) grinding wheel in the handling, storage, not subject to intense vibration and shock, handling do not let rolling wheel, so as to avoid the formation of crack, surface damage.

( 2 ) with the wheel features and safe speed shall not be applied arbitrarily mark or damage, lest form use disorder.

( 3) the wheel storage time should not exceed the period of validity of grinding wheel, resin grinding wheel and rubber coupling agent since the date of factory, if stored longer than a year, subject to reverse passing test before use.

( 4) wheel hosting site should adhere to the dull, suitable temperature, prevent and other chemicals are mixed together. To avoid the grinding wheel, low temperature, damp overheating and harmful chemicals that strength reduction.

( 5) the grinding wheel should be based on the specifications ( diamond tools ), shape and size differences, classify and place, avoid overlapping damage or because the stored defective cause wheel deformation.
